2. The WPC floor making machine mainly consists of a screw feeder, a SJSZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, moulds, a vacuum setting table, a cutting machine, a stacker.
3. By changing different moulds, the same production line can be used to produce WPC profiles

3. all of them consist of a particular plasticular platic profile extrusion line.
4.The capacity of extruder could be selected from 60kg/h up to 700kg/h
5. THaul off machine adopts the unique fluctuation technology ,which remains the stable work, good reliabiity and strong traction.
6.the Vacuum forming table adopts increased vortex coooling system,which is easier for cooling and forming so that can meet the reqirement of the hight speed extrusion.
7.The traction speed of cutting machine keeps synchronization with the haul off machine,which adopts PLC control ,reasonable design,stable operation ,automatic fixed length cutting and with dust collection device
8,According to different mould sizes, the vacuum forming table can be chosen 4 meters ,6 meters ,8 meters,11 meters etc.
